Through our relationships we experience many emotions such as love and joy, sadness and pain, frustration and anger. However, when a relationship ends we may experience loss through grief.

Loss is a very personal experience and may send us on a path of overwhelming darkness that feels like it will never end. The good news is that you don’t have to go through it alone.

Let’s Take This Journey Together

Whether you are experiencing the death of a friend or family member or the  loss associated with changes in life circumstances, readjustment may be frightening as one’s sense of identity changes. Having experienced many losses in my own life and using my experience as a grief counsellor, I have helped many clients work through the pain of their loss, honouring precious memories and reconnecting with life in  meaningful ways.
