By creating a safe, nonjudgmental place where you are free to explore your thoughts and emotions, I apply an integrative approach where you can problem-solve and begin the road to healing. I believe that we are unconsciously drawn to familiar situations we have learned in our childhood. These events and relationships have  shaped us and provide a framework for how the world works.
